Is my EMS package lost? No movement on tracking in two weeks.

Can you recommend what to do to locate my package? I have had no issues with EMS shipping til now. China to Los Angeles in about 7-10 days. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!! Tracking No.: EA400573818CN

I have two packages which shows delivered. AG011217312CN - 27 MARCH 2023 DELIVERED and AG012958593CN 29 MARCH 2023, but neither package can not been found (no sign of delivery). How can I get more information on these delivery.
