It's not lost. It's in transit to Canada now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
