Item been in customs since beginning of January

Hi my items being retuned to China, have been n customs now for over 6 weeks.
Tracking number Lg67237070815gb
Please can you let me know why it is taking so long to return to the address i was given to send item back to? Thank you

Is Lg67237070815gb the right tracking number? There is no tracking information for it.
