"Item Recieved into customs for clearance" 3 weeks ago

Hi, I have 2 parcels shipped from MEL australia, to Guangzhou through AUSPOST.
They have both been stuck with "item recieved into customs for clearance" since Oct 29.
Is there any further information I can find out here? A phone number I could call?

We don't find any tracking information for them. You'd better contact Australia Post to check them for you.
