What happened to LH143683049Us? It’s in Guangzhou China customs and I don’t know how to find out why it’s being held. My telephone service won’t let me call a different country and I can’t read Chinese when I look on custom pages. I don’t know if it’s a tax issue or another problem. I’ve contacted the recipient to find out and they won’t respond. Please help… Thankyou

Where should I send declaration for customs? Inside the package there's a original order details - all the stuff and prices of the goods returned.

Hi, My package was returned by the recipient a month ago. AFter a whilw of transit to the recipient, it has been stuck with chinese customs for over 2 weeks and i'm wondering if it got lost or seized.
