Lost parcel

Good day, my parcel EA299198196CN hasn't been delivered after 24 days. I called EMS service in China and the country of delivery (Ukraine). I even went to one of the EMS offices in Chengdu. No one is able to tell me anything about it. Everyone keeps redirecting me and giving me phone numbers to contact, or promising to call me back (which, obviously never happens). An important document was in that parcel and it is urgent as well. Who do I call and where do I go to get any answers about it?

Hi Oksana,

It's still on the way to Ukraine now. It should arrive in this week. Wait and check again.
