Three tracking website including this one says my parcel has been delivered today but there is no parcel been delivered to my street. The tracking number is
aq324362435. My address is 12 Bowen Close
Blaenavon
Torfaen
Np4 9nu

Hi Karen Owen,

It was delivered in Blaenavon on June 13. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
