Why does it let me track to sorting area in Guangzhou if it's not a right tracking number, please help my son us waiting on this it's his first time away in China thanks

Also my post office here checked it up it left Ireland and is in sorting office in guangzhou processing,so its there,

Yes but they telling an post here in Ireland, who have opened up an enquiry that it is lost ,I know its there and my son really needs that parcel as he is quite homesick, please help he may have left suzhou off the address ,so maybe that's the problem

The tracking number EF7292511101E allows me track it to guangzhou, so it has to be right ,why does it say at sorting office in guangzhou on October 30th ,it passed through customs his phone number is on the parcel ,

The tracking number in Ireland was CL 077441993IE then changed to EF7292511101E address parcel sent to was building 56 4th district lianhua new village ,Dongyan road xietang, suzhou, please help its for my son it's his first time away for xmas
