Lost parcel

Hi,
Please assist with parcel number LO987856915CN which indicates "delivered" even though I haven't recieved it. Tracker indicates that it was delivered in Melbourne while am in Sydney. Is that possible? Please help.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm if both the tracking number and address are right. If all is right, you need to contact Austrlia Post to reflect the problem and check it for you.
