Your package has left China in November and is still in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

Hi, I have sent a parcel through Qoo10 delivery to China Fujian Fuzhou on 9 Nov 2019. According to the tracking details, the parcel is delivered to Guangzhou since 15 November. But, there is no update after that day. I have contacted the post office in China, both Guangzhou and Fuzhou office, and they claimed that the parcel is not with either of them. I've been trying to track my parcel, RE075030448CN. Its been almost 30 days since it was last updated. It says its last location was Shanghai where it was handed over to the airline... on May 23rd. I'm getting a little concerned my parcel may have been lost in transit. Could you help me track it, or confirm its not lost?
