Parcel lost from 28th January

Hi there's,
This is regarding to the track number I wrote down before.
As you can see, it shows up that it got stuck in Spanish customs on 6th of January then on 28th of January it was returned. After that, the parcel eqs associated to this new track : DQ427V0723438540128070H the last one to check it out.
Local post office told me the package was given to origin, so they told me about opening a inquiry or complaint to know where it is. I have been waiting for over three months. Where is the parcel? Thanks

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Jan.28. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
