Lost shipment

On January 30, 2020 I released a shipment from Bulgaria with tracking number RI283149515BG the shipment arrived in the city of Chun Qing on April 9, 2020 and from there it is no longer known where it is, please help to find the shipment

Dears,
I have been trying for a long time to find the shipment that did not reach me at all. Via e-bay was sent to me in January 2022, tracking number UD548218062YP, and I didn't received so far. I tried to contact the sender, the local office, but no one helped me find the shipment. So I would like to ask you to do a further investigation, and if possible find my shipment.
