Hi Kerstin Swart,

CP353899522CN couldn't be tracked.

CP353988567CN left China on July 2 and no more further update showing it's in the US now.

They are China Post large package. China Post doesn't provide full tracking information if they are not registered.

Hi I mailed two boxes from USA to China since Dec. 04, 2018. And they are arrived in Beijing on Dec. 12, 2018. After so many days, 3 weeks, when I check the tracking codes today, they are still in Beijing Post Facility.

Dear Sirs,
We are in the process of sending 6 boxes measuring 550mmx350mmx400m from Beijing to Qingdao. Could you please let me know what are your prices? Do you charge by volume or weight? If by weight, how much is it per kilo, and by volume what are the measures? Also, will you be able to come and collect the boxes? If so, do we have to go to the office afterwards to weight the boxes, fill in the paperwork and pay for the service? I would appreciate it if you can let us know as soon as possible as we would like to do this next week.

I sent a couple boxes to China but after I sent them, I realized I was given the wrong address. Is there a way to change the location? here are the codes to the boxes. Please help they are very important.
