Hi Youssef,

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I ordered something from Aliexpress on the 1st of January 2026, was receiving shipping updates for the first few days and then nothing? Since the 10th of January all shipping updates have come to a complete stop and the parcel seems to be stuck in transit. There is a message saying

''Due to a peak in customer packages, your order may take longer than usual. We're working proactively to speed up the delivery. Thanks for your understanding.''

It's been like this for over two weeks and it's getting concerning.
