The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.

The carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect.
(The seller either cancelled the order themselves without informing you or they gave you the wrong tracking number. I tend to believe that they cancelled the order and that it never left the warehouse. It's happened to me before. And I've had to contact the seller to have it reshipped or be refunded. You have to open a dispute if you get an unsatisfactory response back from the seller. Good luck. I hope this helps
