So I have an item that is suppose to be sent to me from china. This is the tracking number VR449808261YP. It has been 21 days but it is not arrived and the tracking also is stuck at Yanwen facility-Outbound sinces 20days ago. What should I do with this or just wait it out?

There was no status that tells this:
Last mile=> Destination country post, number
yet there are these statuses telling:
