hi, my tracking number is: LH196798202US. last update was 5th May, 'departure from Regional Sorting Centre, Shanghai City, China'. It is now 18th May and there is no update. The destination is Singapore, the address is correct and it includes the word 'Singapore' with a Singapore postal code. But the seller wrongly indicates 'China' as destination country somewhere in the package. Please if you could tell me what's happening to my package and what can I do to move it. Thank you.

My package (tracking number LZ367562743CN) has been stuck at the regional sorting centre in Shanghai since the 12th of October - It's now the 28th. I completely understand that corona is slowing down shipping times, and with lower amounts of staff, it may take longer for it to be sorted. I'm mainly asking this question for reassurance that my parcel hasn't been lost and is still on its way, however long that may take. If you can offer up any more information about how long it may take that would be fabulous.
