Hi chloe,

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in your country. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

hi, my tracking number is: LH196798202US. last update was 5th May, 'departure from Regional Sorting Centre, Shanghai City, China'. It is now 17th May and there is no update. Please if you could tell me what's happening to my package. Thank you.
