My package is held in customs

Hello, How are you?My friend sent me the package from US to shenyang where I live. I tracked my package in this site. But the package is held on customs. I called customs. But they said I should contact with post office. I hope you can help me. I am looking forward to your response.

Hi ming,

You need to call China Post service number 11185 to check and ask how to get it released.
