My little package, tracking number RV576453163CN, is at the Regional Sorting Center, from July 27 at 1.57 pm. His arrival date in Chile was 21 this month. I will be grateful if you inform me by email when you will leave that place fo r my country. Thank you.

A very bad answer. An efficient service would have
indicated that the package will be located and will be
dispatched to Chile shortly. All the journey that my
