My parcel has been held in customs since the 4/01/22 . Can you tell me how much longer it will be before it is delivered to the recipient? I am waiting for this to be delivered so I can then get my refund.

If it's stuck at the customs for over two weeks, it should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
