Why is it "Hand over to airline" for so long time? It have to fly to Singapore Post quick. My friends got another status after 1 day, I'm waiting for 10 days...

They are in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in UK under the affect of coronavirus.
