Hello sir/ ma'am,
My parcel is stuck at Guangzhou China customs. My parcel number is EP438048349NZ and it's a handbag. I was wondering what extra documents you need so my parcel can be released and post at the destination place. Please help me with it.

The recipient should have received a notice about how to get it from the phome message. You'd better let the recipient check it.
