My parcel status shows Invoice Missing/Inappropriate

If my Parcel status shows as "Shanghai EMS Invoice Missing or Inappropriate" then what is the next procedure? or the status shows "Import CUstoms remain pending inspection" then what does it mean?

Hi Ravishankar,

The recipient needs to contact the customs to ask what he needs to do to get the parcel.
