Good morning, I would kindly like to know the product with tracking number 03838311980. The information on the China Post Ordinary Small Packet website stopped on October, and I still have not received the product. Thanks.

Sorry, for China China Post Ordinary Small Packet, it couldn't be tracked when it leaves China. Your package has left China on Oct. 8. You can only wait. It usually takes about one or two months for a China Post Ordinary Small Packet to reach the destination country.
