order blocked on Received by the carrier

hello, I would like to have information regarding the shipping code EB734019892CN destined for Italy. has been blocked since December 15th in the status “Received by the carrier” thank you very much.
It was received by airline on Dec.15 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
