HI, i ordered two pairs of shoes from de website Veja, and arrived a scarf... I try to contact the site but I can't, how can I proceed? I have the address from the place that sent me the package but I can't call...

If you are scammed, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
