Hi,
This is my order number : RZ202169676GB
It’s a gift please, my friend didn’t receive it yet
It returned to the post office in Shanghai
And i don’t know how to make another delivery
i don’t want it to return back
Please can you help me.

You need to contact the receiver in China call the postman's phone (17376389537) to ask for a re-delivery.
