It says my shipment has been cancelled 9 days into transit RE057009877CN that is the tracking number

Hi Mariam alaga,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it because the seller just created the order on April 17 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
