My tracking number is LA700029989CN and it says order generated but I don’t understand it and I wanted to find out if it has been shipped

Hi Felix,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for it. This is because the seller just created the order on May 19 but hasn't shipped it. You need to push the seller to ship the package immediately.
