The packaged was send 12/21/2020 from the USA to China. It arrived at China customs Jan 11, 2021. Until now it is held in China customs. When will it be released? How to get the package?

I have sent a parcel for my son in China and even though I enclosed paperwork and receipts for the items customs contacted my daughter in law and wanted more information and asked for prices in chinese currency to compare prices. Can someone please help

You need to let the receiver in China call China customs number 112360 to check as soon as possible. (THIS NUMBER DOES NOT WORK!)

If it's not released in a week, it should be waiting the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has got the notice from the customs.
