According to the chinapost website my package is at some sort of customs inspection center (邮政快件监管中心报关报检大厅)
Is there anything I can do about that? The seller says that I should wait at least 3 MONTHS before opening a complaint which is annoying to say the least.
It's funny that despite the COVID crisis a package that I ordered on the same day arrived a month ago, and another that I ordered mid april arrived today.

My package has been stuck since the 19th as well. Despatch from Sorting Center is the message I get. the 3 month rule is to protect the seller from you making a claim.
