Hello,
I (from US) sent a package CH120867870US to Guangdong, CHina. It is held in customs in Jiangmen. The receiver(in China) tried to go and get it, though I wrote down her phone number wrong missing one-digit. Customs say it does not match her number, so they can't release it to her.
Is there a way for me to fix it? The address is correct, but customs said the number is wrong, I (in the US) need to fix it. ??? How do I fix it?

Hi Ying,
It's waiting the receiver to pay the tax. We couldn't help you release it. The receiver needs to contact the customs to ask how to get it released.

You need to let the receiver in China call 12360 to contact China customs to check it for you.
