Package held in customs

Hi. My package CY116431505US was expected to arrive by the 23rd-25th of December 2020 but has still not arrived. The last time the tracking was updated was on the 15th of December when it arrived at customs. How long can or does a package typically stay in customs? When can I except it to be delivered??

Hi Angie,

If it doesn't need the receiver to declare, it should be released in a week. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he received any notice from the customs.

Hello! My EMS package EE044065495RU
is held at the customs in Guangzhou City (import customs retained for inspection). The recipient has contacted the customs but they haven't provided any information about how to get the package. What can be done for this package to be released? Thank you for your help.
