Package held up at customs

Hi,
Since the 6th of October my package n° 020180011776116594567101156 is help up at the customs. This is a return of items ordered with a customs declaration completed upon departure from Paris. I am unable to track the package number on your platform and have not received any updates on the progress of this issue.

Sorry, we don't find any tracking information for 020180011776116594567101156. If it's stuck at the customs it may need the receiver to submit declaration materials or pay tax. You need to let the receiver contact the customs to check it for you.

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.
