Hi Manna,

There is no update for it at present. It was delivered by airline on May 31 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Ireland after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
