Greetings,
Why is my parcel being returned to GUANGZHOU and posted again? This parcel was shipped since September 5 and it's been over a month without any real details on what's going on. When is it expected to arrive in the U.S.?

Hi David,

It's returned due to the che security check. It's in transit to the USA now. To my experience, it takes about another 10-20 days to be delivered.

I’ve got two parcels that constantly change of status, they’ve been returned to security 3 times already while being at the same place. (That is Guangzhou). They changed the status to “Deliverred to air transport” but this happened before and they were returned for a second time to security. Could you please explain me what’s happening?
