I had receive the code RH363386495CN but not able receive any update since 2 weeks. Any advice? Thanks.

Hi Windy,

It left China from Shanghai on Jan. 26 and now is en route to Malaysia. Before it arrives in your country, there will be no update.

Wait patiently.

Yes, it arrives in Malaysia today (Feb. 10th). It's in Kuala Lumpur Exchange Bureau now. Pos Malaysia is processing it and will deliver it to you later.
