An RR (RH000788999US) parcel was sent USPS from Florida USA to me in Dujiangyan 611830 on November 13 2017. It was delivered to a Postal Agent in Beijing on November 17 2017 but since then it has dissappeared and I have been given the run-around with all sorts of fanciful stories, one was that it had been sent back to USA. How can an RR parcel get lost once it has been delivered to a Postal Agent in Beijing and how can I carry out an investigation when China Post will not reply to my correspondence?

Hello my parcel number is RN619007038GB. It has been in Shenyang Postal union for 16 days. What is preventing it from being deliver. It would seem that is lost. I have contacted you before and you have told me that there has been no stoppage of services. I sent off my package on the 19th of August that is a total of 28 days. If it is lost please confirm so I can make a claim with Royal mail.
