Potentially lost packages?

Hi,
I ordered two packages with tracking numbers: RV262472875CN and RV357056019CN. First one is from 2019-11-29, and it has been almost 4 months since the last update, whereas the other one is constantly being returned to Beijing International Mail Processing Center return, note: security return?!

Is any of these two now considered a lost package? Can you please provide information regarding their status and when I should expect to get them?

Hi ledeniplamen289,

You couldn't get RV262472875CN. It's already returned back to the seller's city and will be delivered to the seller later. Better contact the seller to give you refund as soon as possible.

RV357056019CN was returned back again on May 26 and is still stuc at Beijing International Mail Processing Center now. You still need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I bought three different items at different times with HKP Airmail, and while all the packages purchased between them arrived within a few days, these three are stuck in "left for destination."(one of them has been stuck in this status since late October) It's really aggravating because one of them was a birthday present I've been patiently waiting to come in stock since March, and the other two were model kits that I was going to paint and potentially sell.
