To whom it might concern,
I checked the tracking information about RE191686629CN and unfortunately the last update was April 24th when "the airplain entered the port".
That said, could you please provide information regarding that shipment? It's my understand that the airplane arrived to Chile or the airplane just eneter to port for pick-up?

The package is very important for me, so it would be very appreciated if you could help me with that.

Hi Andrea Mellado,

Sorry, we also don't get any tracking information after April 24. You need to contact the sender to check it for you by contacting China Post (call 11185) directly and give you a solution.

Today is May 30, and the parcel still has not left China. I understand that delays can happen, but I am concerned because the parcel has been waiting for a long time without any significant movement.

Could you please check the current status of this parcel and confirm whether it is still waiting for a flight, waiting for export processing, or if there is any issue causing the delay?

I also noticed that some parcels shipped after mine have already moved or left China, so I would appreciate any clarification regarding my shipment.
