return stuck in custom: proof of value?

Hello! My return is stuck at customs (CNCANA) and fruugo.com asking me to put 5€ instead of 130€ as value of the goods. They also asked me to hand over the telephonenumber, so that customs can call them?
How can i solve this problem, so that i will be refunded with the price as expected? Best Regards!
