Returning faulty item to supplier

I am trying to return my faulty item to the supplier -
6.2 inch car dvd android 10.0 gps navigation for Toyota prado rav4 corolla vios radio multimedia system Screen Size:6.2'',Car Make:For toyota universal.
My item has been returned by China Customs -
"IMPORT FORBIDDEN BY CUSTOMS "
How do I find out why it is forbidden, not able to read attached label.

Hi Doug Blight,

If it's forbidden by the customs. It should be due to the item itself that is not allowed to import to China. It will be returned back to you in normal.
