CH094948887US This package has arrived in China for a while now and it still has not been delivered to its correct destination. When can this issue be sorted out?

Hi Jody,

You need to let the recipient contact China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and deliver it to the right address.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
