Stuck at Customs

Hello,
The package sent from Australia under tracking number LK261270660AU was returned in good condition (shoes unworn as they were the wrong size). It has been held in customs for an extended period. I have contacted the receiver, who advised that responsibility for following up with customs lies with the sender, as they are unable to contact China Customs or intervene in the process.
These items were originally sent to Australia and then returned, so there should be no duty or taxes payable, as these were already covered at the time of the original purchase.
Could you please assist in having the parcel released from customs? This delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate your help in resolving the matter.
