Stuck at customs

I’m mailing a return the last updated tracking says it’s at customs. I cannot received a refund until it is delivered. Why is it stuck? Tracking: CH100129518US

Hi Jasharpe,

It should be waiting the receiver to declare. The receiver should have got a notice about what to do to get it. You'd better contact the seller to ask.
