package at customs according to usps. but sender thinks delivered so no refund!!! can i get my package or a refund please?? its been since july!!!!

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since July 1. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't refund you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
