hi my parcel is stuck for 11 days now saying same thing. Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou export direct
what is happening with it.

Hi kaz,

The parcel is in the normal shipping status. It left China on Oct 1 and in transit to UK now. It's not in UK yet. I'll inform you when it's UK.
