Hi, I sent a 2 parcels from India to China containing some food items, clothes and some imitation earrings, finger rings and a Holy Book, My daughter stays in Shenyang city, Post code 110021. She’s a medical student. I checked with India post and got this message, “The article is held for customs inspection since 02.06.2023 for invoice missing. Please guide addressee to contact customs at destination for clearance”. So where and whom to contact and what is the procedure to claim these parcels. Consignment tracker shows “Recieved at SHENYANG EMS” . Consignment numbers “EK484976884IN” & EK485976907”. Please help me out.

Hi can you assist me as my package is being held by customs and is missing an invoice, how can i get a copy of the the invoice.

I am writing regarding my parcel order number 311966032756 with tracking number LZ266525154CN , which I understand is currently being held by China Customs due to a missing invoice.
