Hello my parcel has been at Langley since 6th January but I don't understand why it isn't moving from there. Can you help?

My package arrived in Liege on 31.12. today 21.1.and any more news is still in Liege?

My package has been stuck in customs since dec 29, 2020. Please advise on steps I can make to resolve. LH119409086US

Hi Healthy beauty,

It should be waiting the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better let the receiver in China contact the customs to check.

I ordered my goods on 10th January 2021. The parcel was received by China Post on the 12th January and arrived at the delivery centre in Langley(UK) on the 28th January.
China Post tracking confirms that it is still in Langley (55 days in transit). Why has my parcel been stuck in Langley (UK) for so long. When will it be delivered to me?
is there someone at the Langley delivery centre that I can speak to?
